There's a Whole Lot out there

What the internet provides, more than anything, is much.  One website, one author, looks like any other.  We can't do anything to hold back the deluge, but we can point you toward resources that we think are the most helpful.  Check back, as I'll be updating this often.

Bible Gateway

This is the site I use the most for looking up passages.  BibleGateway is equipped with just about every translation with helpful cross references.

You Can Read the Bible

You Can Read the Bible is a project I helped with a number of years ago, back before there were a lot of online resources that just focused on reading the Bible.  Our goals were to help lead people into the Word, and to remove excuses for not diving in.

The site hasn't been updated in a while, but the content (I think!) is good.  Since it was a daily reader, it is ordered by days, so you'll have to click on the Day menu to move around.

BibleHub

Okay, okay, okay.  I know this is just for the true Bible nerds among us, but hear me out: This is a great way to get deeper into the Bible.  I use this a lot.

Not only are many versions and languages of the Bible on here, but it offers an "interlinear" option - see the Greek and Hebrew text with English translations alongside.  This allows us to see the nuance in every word and phrase - and makes Bible translation a challenge!
