For you, O God, have heard my vows;
you have given me the heritage 
of those who fear your name.

In memory of my parents, Evert & Mabel Nelson:

"You have given me the heritage of those who fear your name." I have been blessed with parents that demonstrated love for God. Mom, the listener, shared her faith by taking care of people and was always ready to listen to anyone. Dad became the Bible scholar, reading what God's Word said and sharing that knowledge with anyone, being a teacher and church elder. What would my growing up have been if I didn't have them to keep me with the wonder of God's love? I have so much to be thankful for. Psalm 61 lists other things as well.
